Station 1
Marinated, grilled and fresh vegetables with dip
Warm baked brie with brown sugar and pecans
Mini croissants with choice of meat or salad
Fruit and cheese platter
Assorted desserts

Station 2
Penne and bowtie pasta with guests choice of sauce and toppings
Sauces to include:
-Marinara with italian sausage and mushrooms
-Pesto with toasted pinenuts
-Toppings to include fresh tomato, roasted garlic, olives, roasted red peppers, herbs, olive oil, grated asiago or parmesan cheese

Station 3
Carving station
Carved to order and served with petit rolls and condiments

Prosciuto and fontina stuffed breast of turkey with honey mustard sauce

or

Ginger roasted pork loin with shallot glaze and apple chutney spread
