Rise and Shine - variety of muffins and sweetbreads, with bagels and cream cheese jams, whipped butters, fresh fruit salad with berries and juice $5.75 each

The Harvest - fresh fruit salad with berries, granola, yogurt cups, miniature muffins and juice $5.95 each

The Sunrise - assortment of muffins, fruitbreads, filled danish and bagels. Served with butter and fruit jam $3.99 each

Breakfast Bakes (serves 8-10) $32.00

  Strata - layered egg, casserole with sausage, and cheese

  French Toast Casserole - just as good as it sounds

  Frittata - light quiche on a base of golden potatoes

Omelette Station - chef to prepare custom omelettes for your guest
Choice of 5 fillings: broccoli, cheddar and swiss cheese, bacon, onions, peppers, ham and diced tomatoes $5.95 per person

Breakfast Beverages
A pot of fresh ground coffee or decaf with cups, creamers, sugars and stirrers, serves 8-10 (16 cups ) $15.00

(Available boxed) All sandwich based lunches served with fresh fruit, pasta salad, or chips two cookies and canned soda or water.

Caesar Salad
Crisp romaine lettuce topped with grated parmesan and homemade croutons, served with caesar dressing $6.50 add chicken $9.50

Greek Salad
Greenleaf lettuce, mushrooms, black olives, marinated tomatoes and pepperoncini, topped off with feta cheese and our balsamic Vinagrette. Available with grilled chicken. $6.50 add chicken $9.50

Taco Salad
Homemade chili, cheese, tortilla chips, lettuce, sour cream and salsa $9.50

Chef Salad
Mixed greens with cucumber, tomato, mushroom, ham, smoked turkey, cheddar and swiss cheese $9.50

The Basics
Something for everyone, homemade chicken salad, turkey and meunster, ham and swiss and tuna salad. Assorted chips, pasta of the day and dessert. Vegetarian choices upon request. $9.00

It's a Wrap!
Selection of our favorite wraps, smoked turkey and sundried tomato, cucumber dill and turkey, or ham club with bacon. Served with pasta salad, fresh fruit and cookies. $10.00

Potato Bar
Baked potato served with sour cream, whipped butter, green onions, cheddar and swiss cheeses, bacon, and broccoli. Served with tossed green salad and fresh fruit. $9.50

Salad Bar
Build your own with fresh greens, tomatoes, mushrooms, cucumbers, carrot, hard boiled egg, turkey, bacon and two dressings. Served with fresh bread and fruit salad. $9.50

Make Your Own
Variety of sliced deli meats, salads and cheeses, accompaniments include, lettuce, tomato, red onion, olives, condiments, and breads. Served with your choice of pasta or potato salad, fresh fruit and sweets. $10.00

South of the Border
Beef or chicken, pan seared with peppers, mushrooms, and onions, with warm tortillas, cheeses, sour cream, salsa, and guacamole. Vegetarian version also available, served with spanish rice and fresh fruit. $10.50 (chicken) $11.50 (beef)

Salad Sampler
All your favorites, chicken salad, tuna, turkey and jarlesburg, seasonal pasta salad, and fruit salad with berries, served with bread and tossed greens. $10.00
